RENTAL OF UNITS

A NEW AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER DEED WAS PASSED ON 7/2019 ON RENTAL UNITS.

• All owners must have Board approval before renting their unit.
• There is a maximum number 4 units rented at any given time (again with Board approval).
• All owners must live in their unit at least ONE YEAR before the unit can be rented.
• Rentals are on a first come/first serve basis.
