BTC Community Website

Belvidere Townhouse Condominiums (BTC) Community Website is for the the use of Unit Owners (and other residents in their Units); and Renters (and other residents in their Units), only. Access to each Member’s account information is password protected, allowing each Member (only) to set and update their own account.

BTC Unit Owners and Renters will be able to keep up with valuable information about our community, interact with other residents, contact the Trustees or the website administrators responsible for updating website content.

BTC residents who wish to join the btclowell.com website as a member must have their own unique email addresses to register Please note that our website is most easily used on a wide-screen device (i.e., a tablet, lap top or desk top device). Use on a smart phone may require users to manually widen screen content.

How to register for btclowell.com

Unit Owners and Renters (i.e., tenants): should Click on the “Register” link in the upper right corner of the btclowell.com home page

The Unit Owner or Renter should complete the information requested for themselves and for other residents in their Unit:

Identify their btclowell.com Membership status (Homeowner, Renter);
Identify other residents in their Unit who have a unique email address (Joint Member) to receive community emails;
Identify residents who do not have their own email address (Partial Member) cannot be granted website membership but may be listed by the Unit Owner/Renter in the member directory pages.

A website administrator will be notified when a 2nd time registration has been submitted, and the applicant will be notified by E-Mail when their registration has been approved or declined. An approved applicant with their own email address is a website.

Member and will have access to the btclowell.com website at that time. Once an applicant has been approved for membership for btclowell.com, they should visit the website (https://www.btclowell.com). Members must log-in (use the tab in the upper right corner of the home page) using their email address and password and take a few minutes to click on the menu listings on the left side of the home page to become familiar with the website and its content.

Members and Joint Members of the Website are responsible for managing privacy and security settings on their account, E-Mail addresses and passwords, names and cellphones, contact preferences, privacy preferences, and extra profile information.

Once approved for membership to btclowell.com, a member that has a question about the website should send an inquiry by E-Mail to [email protected]. A website administrator will respond as soon as possible.
